Overview

AURO Sports is a controlled pilot designed to help youth-sports coaches organize their own observations into reviewable team and player feedback. This notice explains the information AURO processes during the pilot.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information submitted through the website, verified coach account information, coach-provided team and roster information, audio or text debriefs, and the structured coaching output created from those debriefs.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and improve the AURO pilot, verify coach access, generate coach-requested feedback, respond to inquiries, support pilot participants, and protect the service. AURO does not sell personal information.

Coach control

AURO prepares draft coaching communication. Coaches review and approve output before it is treated as final. The controlled pilot does not send feedback directly to players or parents.

Youth information

Team and player information should be supplied only by an authorized coach or club representative and only as necessary for the pilot. AURO is not currently offered directly to children. Clubs remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required for their participation and data use.

Service providers

AURO uses service providers for hosting, email delivery and AI processing. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to operate the pilot and subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and requests

Pilot information is retained only as needed to operate, evaluate and protect the service. To request access, correction or deletion, contact AURO through the pilot inquiry form on the website.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the pilot and its data practices evolve. The date above reflects the latest version.
