Pilot Terms

Last updated August 20, 2026

Controlled pilot

AURO is an early-stage coaching support product provided for limited evaluation. Features, availability and outputs may change during testing.

Authorized use

Pilot access is limited to invited or approved coaches, club representatives and other authorized participants. Users must provide accurate information, protect their access credentials and use AURO only for lawful coaching purposes.

Coach responsibility

AURO assists with organizing coaching observations; it does not replace a coach’s professional judgment. The coach is responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all output before using or sharing it.

Team and player information

Users may provide team or player information only when authorized to do so. Users should not submit medical, financial or other unnecessary sensitive information. Direct distribution to players or parents is not part of the current controlled pilot.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to access another team’s information, bypass pilot controls, reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation or use it to generate abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content.

Availability and warranties

The pilot is provided on an evaluation basis and may contain errors or interruptions. AURO makes no guarantee that AI-generated output will always be complete or accurate; coach review is required.

Ending access

AURO may suspend pilot access when necessary to protect participants, data or the service. Participants may stop using the pilot at any time and request deletion of pilot information through the website inquiry form.

Questions

Questions about these pilot terms can be submitted through the pilot inquiry form on the AURO website.
